The mission is to promote a productive, safe, drug free, and knowledgeable workforce at the Idaho National Laboratory.
The Site Labor Coordinator acts as a neutral party in providing advice and assistance to the Unions, Employers, Grievance Board of Adjustment, Standing Board of Adjustment, and the Executive Committee. The Coordinator assists the Executive Committee in administering the Site Stabilization Agreement and Site Construction Jurisdictional Procedural Agreement. Implementation, feed-back and accountability results in having a viable, responsive, pro-active office providing a valuable resource to the parties. The mission is to promote a productive, safe, drug free, and knowledgeable workforce at the Idaho National Laboratory. The parties to these agreements work together to promote harmonious relationships thus eliminating labor disputes.
Our History
The work site known today as the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) began in the early 1950s and was, at that time, the home of the nation’s nuclear electrical generating laboratory.
